Yoga

The last class this term is on 8th June. Starting again on Tues 7th Sept 2010 at Stone Crown Bowling, as before 10am to 12 noon.

We are meeting at Stone Crown Bowling Club on Tuesday mornings from 10.30 to 12 noon in the first floor room. Gentle Yoga postures followed by relaxation lead by Laura Lee.

Stone Crown Bowling Club is on Uttoxeter Road at Little Stoke. (The B5027) It is on up past the cricket club on the right and has lots of parking space.

New and previous members welcome - it is not necessary to have done Yoga before!
